Using Praxis
These terms cover the Praxis website and financial-analysis application for business and professional use. Provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or upload material you are not entitled to use. Contact hello@praxis-hq.com for questions about these terms or your account.
Trial, subscriptions and billing
Praxis offers a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. The trial does not itself authorise a charge; continuing on a paid plan requires a separate subscription purchase. Published prices are €49 per month or €499 per year, excluding applicable VAT. Availability, the billing interval, taxes, renewal arrangements and any cancellation or refund conditions must be disclosed before you confirm a purchase. The yearly price is billed as a yearly subscription, not as monthly instalments. Contact us for subscription assistance. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights under applicable law.
Understanding analyses and scenarios
Praxis helps explain financial information and test assumptions. Analyses depend on the accuracy, completeness, period coverage and classification of the information supplied. Missing records, estimates and accounting methods can affect results. Cash resilience tests and scenarios illustrate stated assumptions; they do not guarantee future income, expenses, cash availability or business outcomes. Reports are not an audit, certified accounts or personalised legal, tax or investment advice. Check material results and obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on them for significant decisions.
Your data and our intellectual property
You retain your rights in the information and files you upload. You grant Praxis the limited permission needed to host, process and display that information to provide the service and generate your analyses and reports. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions, including for information about other people. You may use your generated reports for your business purposes. Praxis branding, software, design and original website content remain protected; these terms do not transfer ownership of them. Personal-data handling is described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, technical problems and third-party services. Keep copies of your original accounting records; Praxis does not replace your statutory books or recordkeeping obligations. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, subject to mandatory protections that may apply to you. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules. This clause does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or access to courts that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes, account closure and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated where required and will not override rights already acquired under applicable law. Contact hello@praxis-hq.com to discuss account closure, access to your information or subscription questions. Closing an account and cancelling a paid subscription are distinct requests; applicable billing and retention conditions must be considered.
